An Experienced Professional.  The real estate industry is becoming more sophisticated and challenging every day, so you need an experienced professional. I have been a full-time Realtor since 1983 and am an Associate Broker. Last year I gained the Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation. SRES members have advanced education, skills and experience working with Seniors in our community, helping with their housing decisions and needs. My success has depended upon honesty, integrity and dedication to those I serve.

A Respected Professional.  I go the extra mile to help clients buy or sell residential homes, condominiums, multi-family and commercial properties. I do thorough research and work to ensure that property is priced effectively from the start. I use innovative advertising and marketing techniques to attract potential buyers to homes for sale. And, because I really listen to my clients and strive to make each transaction as pleasant as possible, I receive lots of referrals and have many repeat customers.

An Active Member of the Community.  A third-generation Seattle native, I know the city and the region. I'm active in the West Seattle community, serving on the South Sound Ferry Advisory Committee, and as President of the Fauntleroy Community Association. I am also a member of the West Seattle Earlybird Toastmasters. In my spare time, I enjoy sailing Puget Sound and exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
